Product Care

CLEANING:Rub lightly with soft damp cloth dipped in light solution
STORAGE:Keep it well aired out or in a cloth bag. DO NOT enclose in plastic bags for a long period of time
MOISTURE CONTROL:During monsoon if fungus develops, rub it off with a soft cloth dipped in mild solution of dettol
CONDITIONING & POLISHING:If it becomes dry and lifeless apply small amount of leather cream to lubricate and replenish the original sheen of leather.

Chaotic company

I have been requested to write a review for the product which i never received. I ordred Tulsa 2 bag online from Germany on my cousin´s address in India. After one month, as the bag was still not delivered, we contacted the company. They told as they cancelled my order and never bothered to inform me. We wasted some much following this up and the worst part is i haven´t received my refund. Their products seem to be excellent however the support process is awful.
