RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is Hidesign’s Return Policy?

You can return the products, up to 15 days from the date of delivery.

- Please mail us at customercare@hidesign.com to initiate a return or an exchange mentioning your order number.

- Our courier partner will get in touch with you to arrange a collection for your return.

- The returned product should be in its original packaging, including all marketing material such as tags, warranty card (left blank), cloth bags, invoices and any other material received with the package.

- Once we receive the return shipment in our warehouse, an email confirming receipt of the package will be sent, and your request for returns/exchange would be processed.

Can I choose a different item in Exchange?

- You can exchange your item within 15 days and receive a replacement of the exact product or another product.

- If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid to us as Cash on Delivery (COD) or via Net Banking.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

What is your Refund Policy?

Non Discounted Products:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.

Discounted Products:

The customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for the same amount.

How long would it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

After the refund has been initiated by us, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 -10 working days.

Can I Return/Exchange a product purchased online in a physical store?

A product purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.

What is Hidesign’s Shipping Policy?

Hidesign ships all orders within 2 - 3 business days. Usual delivery promise is 5 - 7 days. Due to the current pandemic situation, deliveries could take longer than usual.

How can I track my order?

- We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking page.

- On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details and tracking number by e-mail.

If you have not received the delivery confirmation e-mail, please contact us through the Contact Us form.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify/cancel your order by e-mailing us at customercare@hidesign.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Do you charge for shipping?

No, We do not charge you for deliveries within India.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the rare occasion that a defective or damage piece has been sent to you:

- Drop an e-mail to customercare@hidesign.com within 48 hours with clear pictures or videos of the area of defect along with the order number.

- On verifying the problem, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product within a maximum of 72 hours.

- Our team will dispatch the same product or offer you an exchange/return in case the product is out of stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards, PayPal, UPI, Net banking transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is it safe to use my card on the website?

Our online ordering process is private and secure.The actual payment happens on a secure payment gateway page that is encrypted,protected and processed over a secure server.

How to get your product repaired?

Two ways to get your product repaired:

(i) Drop off the product at any Hidesign Store (Carry a proof of purchase while visiting) ; or

(ii) Ship it to the below address at your cost and notify us at customercare@hidesign.com

How long do you take to repair a bag?

We require a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of six weeks plus shipping time.

What is the warranty period for merchandise?

- Bags, Jackets: 1 Year

- Small Leather Goods ( Wallets, Belts, Accessories, Wash Bags , Sunglasses) : 6 Months

- Shoes: 3 Months

* Above only applicable for manufacturing defects.

** After expiry of above warranty, damages or repairs of any kind will be chargeable and resolved on case to case basis. Please contact us to know more.

Is the Repair Policy applicable Globally?

No, currently, the Hidesign repair policy is applicable only in India.
