How can I become a Hidesign loyalty member?
Joining our loyalty program is free! Simply purchase any Hidesign product at any of our stores in India or on www.hidesign.com Based on your purchase amount and purchase history, you will be part of either our Gold or Platinum tier.
What information do I need to create my Hidesign loyalty account?
Not much. We would request:
Your name | Mobile Number | Email id | Zip code | Date & year of birth (to avail our amazing birthday discounts!)
Don’t worry, we do not share your information with any third party.
Will I be receiving a loyalty card on becoming a member?
Hidesign Loyalty Program is a cardless program. We will just be needing your Name | Mobile Number | Email id | Date & year of birth to enroll you to the program.
How do I activate my membership privileges?
Once you become a Hidesign loyalty member, you will automatically start to earn points. A confirmation notification will be sent to you by SMS. You will start to earn loyalty points from the time of your very first purchase.
How do I get my Birthday Coupon?
Store purchase - Your birth date will be collected during the purchase
Online purchase - You have to send your birthday to customercare@hidesign.com along with your registered mobile number which you have used to place the order and valid government ID proof.
Post registration, you will receive a unique "Birthday Coupon" on your mentioned birthday month.
What is the validity of my points?
The points are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
How can I track my points and receive my redemption coupons?
You can track your points on http://hidesign.mloyalretail.com/microsite/.
After each purchase online or at our exclusive stores, you will receive an SMS with the status of your points. Your coupons will be sent by SMS too.
What should I do in a Hidesign retail store to inform the vendor that I am a loyalty member?
You can just provide your registered mobile number to the vendor.
I am an international customer, can I enroll in the Hidesign Loyalty program?
Yes, you can! However, all information and coupons will be sent on an Indian mobile number. Your points can only be redeemed in Hidesign retail store in India
Is the Hidesign loyalty program only a transactional program?
No, we created the loyalty to reward our best customers not just with reward points but also with exclusive experiences like special events at our retails stores, rendezvous with our brand ambassadors, visits to our atelier in Pondicherry, and much more.
How do I refer friends to earn points?
We love it when you share the love! To share the gift of Hidesign rewards with your friends, please log in to your loyalty account dashboard and scroll to view the invite friends section of the page.
You will be awarded 200 points when the person you referred completes her/his signup. You can earn points for referring up to 3 friends per year.
Will my loyalty membership expire?
Yes, if you don’t purchase anything within two years your membership will be terminated. In case, you wish to re-instate your membership you will have to re-register online or at any of our retail stores in India.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Hidesign reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of its program without prior notice.
2. The decision of Hidesign shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out
of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.
3. Member privileges are valid at both Hidesign retail stores in India and online at www.hidesign.com only.
4. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers.
5. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in termination of membership by Hidesign.
6. Privileges are not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers, special project items or sale and promotional items, unless otherwise stated.
7. Loyalty earned points cannot be redeemed for cash.
