How do I activate my membership privileges?
Once you become a Hidesign Loyalty Member, your privileges are activated automatically. A confirmation notification will be sent to you by SMS, WhatApp or email. You will start earning loyalty points from the time of your very first purchase.
How do I get my Birthday Coupon?
Store Purchase: Your birth date will be collected during your purchase at the store.
Online Purchase: with your registered mobile number (used while placing the order).
Once your details are registered, you will receive a unique Birthday Coupon during your birthday month based on your loyalty tier.
What is the validity of my points?
Your loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
How can I track my points and receive my redemption coupons?

Yes, you can! However, all information, notifications, and coupons will be sent only to an Indian mobile number. Your loyalty points can be redeemed only at Hidesign retail stores in India or on www.hidesign.com, and delivery and redemption are valid only within India.
Is the Hidesign loyalty program only a transactional program?
No, we created the loyalty to reward our best customers not just with reward points but also with exclusive experiences like special events at our retails stores, rendezvous with our brand ambassadors, visits to our atelier in Pondicherry, and much more.
Will my loyalty membership expire?
No, your membership will not be deactivated.
