Hidesign products are made to ensure customer satisfaction and to last for the natural life of the product. The Hidesign warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for six months from the date of purchase for all wallets, belts, accessories and wash bags.

In the unlikely event of a defect occurring during the warranty period, please return the product for repair at your expense to any exclusive Hidesign store in the country of purchase along with a proof of purchase. 

The warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents or wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damages (such as scratched leather). 

Hidesign also offers hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unused or defective merchandise purchased in full 15 days from the date of purchase for store purchase and 15 days from the date of delivery for online purchase. Please carry the bill and the entire packaging wants with the tags at the time of exchange or return.

The Hidesign warranty and exchange/return policy does not apply to products purchased at a discount from MRP, or to products purchased from a discount retailer. In all cases, without exception, please carry the bill for repair or exchange/return.
