- Few scenarios (but not limited to) wherein no returns/exchanges will be allowed are mentioned below:
- Colour (colour of product can appear to be different as per your device screen setting). If website mentions brown colour and customer’s assumption of Brown colour is different shade of Brown e.g. light Brown, exchange is not possible. Exchange is possible only if we have shipped Black colour instead of Brown colour ordered by customer.
- Unboxing video is required to claim refund or exchange or else the request will not be accepted.
- Partial exchange or refund will not be applicable on this offer.
- The current exchange/return policy on Hidesign.com website is 15 days, this will not be applicable for this Special EOSS Offer.
- Delivery Partner will attempt delivery 3 times to ensure that you receive the product. In case the Delivery Partner is still not able to delivery then the products will be sent back to our warehouse and refund will be issued to you.
- Please note we do Quality Check test upon every order dispatch, Few scenarios the customer order might get cancelled and refund will be initiated if the products is not in saleable condition.
- Refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days from date the product reaches our warehouse.
