Unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or exchange requests. Without an unboxing video, the request will not be accepted.

Partial return, exchange, or refund will not be applicable on orders placed under this promotion.

This promotional offer overrides the regular return and exchange policy of Hidesign.com. The standard 15-day return/exchange policy does not apply to this offer.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases (including but not limited to):

• Color variations due to screen settings (e.g., if the product appears a different shade on your screen).

• Wrong product ordered by the customer.

• Duplicate orders placed by mistake.

• Request for exchange due to change of mind or preference.

Delivery partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.

All products undergo a Quality Check before dispatch. If a product fails QC, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date the returned product is received at our warehouse.
