Product Care

CLEANING:Rub lightly with soft damp cloth dipped in light solution
STORAGE:Keep it well aired out or in a cloth bag. DO NOT enclose in plastic bags for a long period of time
MOISTURE CONTROL:During monsoon if fungus develops, rub it off with a soft cloth dipped in mild solution of dettol
CONDITIONING & POLISHING:If it becomes dry and lifeless apply small amount of leather cream to lubricate and replenish the original sheen of leather.

Poor information

I bought a pen from their flagship store in Pondicherry which was where the brand started. I was told it was meant to be used as an ink-tank pen. Turns out it requires a cartridge and none supplied. I have now got to assume that it takes a universal standard cartridge and not one of the proprietary cartridges. Given my experience of buying Hi-design products for nearly 40 years, this was a bit of a poor experience as the response from the customer care when I asked for information about what cartridge was required was just very rude. They did not answer the question either. Still to use the pen- hopefully their products are still good and not as bad as their customer service has become
