Seefah Ketchaiyo is the new phenomenon among Asian food enthusiasts. Presently based in Mumbai, she created her own brand in 2016 called Seefah Restaurant after 15 years of experience working in star hotels.
The chef started her culinary journey from her native country Thailand, learning the art of home cooking from her father. Every single dish is a reflection of her culture, its versatility, authentic ingredients and of course her gift in cooking. Partnered with Chef Karan Bane, another five star hotel professional, the duo are cooking up a storm at The Promenade, Pondicherry.
