DELIVERY OPTIONS
We deliver free of charge to any address in India via courier/speed post. An order from our Classic Collection will take approximately 7 to 10 working days to reach you, and an order from our New Collection will take between 15 to 20 business days to reach you. Your order can be tracked on our Order Tracking Page.
We regret that our online sales facility is not currently available to our customers outside of India. If you reside outside of India and are interested in purchasing one of our products, please e-mail us at support@hidesign.com or call us at +91-804-091-7997.
RETURNS AND REPAIR POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Hidesign website, please return the product at your cost by courier within 7 working days to the following address:

For a return, please fill in the return and send a printed copy of the filled in Return Form along with the product. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), guarantee card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account. Download Return Form.
For a repair of a product purchased on the Hidesign website, please send the product along with the guarantee card (filled in) and a printed copy of the Return Form with all the information filled in. The product will be repaired without any extra charge if it is within the guarantee period. On expiry of the guarantee period, you will be charged an amount depending on the nature of the work involved.
Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.
