  • Employees of the company are not eligible. This offer is only open to the individuals and subscribers of www.hidesign.com in India.
  • In order to participate, a subscriber must register by providing their correct details in the registration form of our website. Each entry has a fair and equal chance of winning.
  • The details received from the subscriber shall be treated with utmost confidentiality and shall be used for communicating with the subscriber in future. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Hidesign the right to send you commercial mails
  • The winner will be selected during the first week of August by random drawing among all entries received during the Offer Period.
  • The prize winner will be notified by email/phone. The winner will be asked to confirm his/her name, phone number and residential address to be entitled to the prize.
  • If the prize winner selected cannot be contacted by the company or does not respond within five days, then the winner shall not be entitled to the gift and an alternative winner will be selected by the company.
  • The company shall courier the gifts to the winners at the address mentioned in the registration, and the courier details will be provided via email.
  • In the event that the winner does not receive the gift after the company has properly delivered the same through courier for delivery, the company shall not be liable and shall not be under any obligation to give the gift again or make any payment in lieu of the gift.
