We accept returns/repairs for Hidesign.com online sales only.
Purchases made from local stores must be returned to the original point of purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, send us by courrier within 7 days .

Please fill the return form and send a printed copy along with the product in the original box with original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came along with the Hidesign product. In return, the original purchase amount, less shipping, will be credited to your credit card.

If the product is to be repaired, please send the product along with the warranty card and a printed copy of the return form with all the information filled in and the product will be repaired without any extra charge if it’s within the guarantee period. Please note that the product cannot be replaced by a new one.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing defect when you received it. For your protection, we recommend you to insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.

To return a Hidesign item for credit, it must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for items that show signs of use. Hidesign reserves the right to qualify excessive use for damaged products.
